Please read this summary before you pay. It highlights the points that matter most, including those that limit rights, as Brazilian Decree 7.962/2013 requires. The full terms follow.
- Seller: Leonardo Nogueira Vieira, individual seller, CPF 016.470.842-10, R. Fradique Coutinho, 60, Pinheiros, São Paulo, SP, 05416-000, Brazil.
- What you buy: a personal licence to an online course of 8 written lessons in English, or all five courses as The Complete Library. No video, no live classes, no mentoring, no accredited certificate.
- Price: $47 per course or $147 for all five, in US dollars, charged once. No subscription. Your bank may add currency conversion fees or taxes.
- Delivery: immediately after payment, by a personal link on the confirmation page and by email.
- Refunds: full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase. This covers the 7-day right of regret of the Brazilian Consumer Code and the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and the UK.
- Limits: the licence is for one person; sharing the access link or the material is not allowed and may end your access. The courses are general education, not professional advice, and do not guarantee any job, income or result.
- Disputes: Brazilian law applies, without taking away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Consumers in Brazil can sue in the courts of their own domicile.
These terms are a contract between you and Leonardo Nogueira Vieira, an individual seller (pessoa física) resident in Brazil, CPF 016.470.842-10, of R. Fradique Coutinho, 60, Pinheiros, São Paulo, SP, 05416-000, Brazil, trading as Skillfye ("we", "us"). They apply whenever you use this website or buy a course from it. Please read them before you pay. If you do not accept them, do not buy.
These terms take effect on 5 November 2026 and replace any earlier version. You can print or save this page at any time, and the link to it is included in the email that delivers your course.

1. What you are buying
Each course is digital content: 8 complete written lessons with templates, checklists and plans in tables, a practical assignment in every lesson and a written plan to keep. It is delivered by email and read through a personal online library, where each lesson can also be printed or saved as PDF. Nothing is shipped to you. There is no video, no live class, no mentoring, no individual feedback on your work, no app and no physical product.

The contents of each course are described on its page on this website, including the title and summary of every lesson, and summarised again before you pay. That description, as published on the day you buy, forms part of this contract. The Complete Library contains all five courses. The courses are written in English.
2. No certificate and no professional advice
The courses are general education. They do not lead to a diploma, an accredited certificate or a qualification, they are not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification body, and they do not prepare you for any official exam. They do not give legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, security or other professional advice about your own situation. Rules differ from country to country, and for decisions about your own case you should consult a qualified professional. Please read the educational disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
We do not promise any result, such as a job, a promotion, a salary, an income, more sales or a secure system. Results depend on how you apply what you learn and on many factors outside our control. Examples and figures in the lessons are invented to illustrate a method and are labelled as such.
3. Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You must use an email address you control, because that is where your course is delivered.
4. Price, taxes and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are single, one-time payments. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and we do not store your card.
Payment is processed by Stripe and appears on your statement as SKILLFYE. The price shown at checkout is the total we charge and includes any sales tax or value added tax we are required to collect. Your bank may add a currency conversion or international transaction fee and, for cards issued in Brazil, the IOF tax; those are charged by your bank, not by us. Stripe emails you a receipt straight after payment.
Before you pay, you see the course, its price and its main contents, and you can go back and change your choice. Confirming the payment is your acceptance of our offer. We confirm the contract immediately on the confirmation page and by email.
5. Delivery
Access is given immediately after a successful payment, on the confirmation page and by email, normally within a few minutes. The full process, and what to do if something goes wrong, is described in delivery and access, which forms part of these terms.
6. Your right of withdrawal and our guarantee
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. This guarantee includes the 7-day right of regret of article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code and covers the 14-day period of the right of withdrawal for online purchases in the European Union and the United Kingdom. How the statutory rights work is explained in the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. 7. Your licence to use the courses
When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, print and save the course for your own learning, including using the templates in your own work. You do not become the owner of the material. You may not share your access link, resell, publish or upload the material, use it to teach a class or train a team as your own programme, or use it to train an artificial intelligence system. 8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, for example by trying to access lessons you have not bought, interfering with its security or operation, or using it for anything unlawful. The cybersecurity course is defensive: its methods are for protecting your own accounts, devices and organisation, or systems you are authorised in writing to protect.
9. Updates and availability
We may improve, correct or expand a course. Updates to a course you bought are included at no extra cost, and we will not remove a substantial part of what you paid for. We aim to keep the library available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, because hosting and email are provided by third parties. If we ever decide to close Skillfye, we will email every buyer at least 90 days in advance so you can print or save all your lessons.
10. Conformity of the digital content
The course must match its description, be complete and remain accessible as described. If it does not, tell us and we will bring it into conformity; if we cannot do so within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund, at any time. This reflects the Brazilian Consumer Code and, for buyers in the EU, Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content.
11. Suspension of access
We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you publish or share your access link, redistribute the material, or use it in breach of the licence. Where the problem is minor and can be fixed, we will ask you to fix it first.
12. Our liability
We prepare the courses with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and the rights of consumers under the Brazilian Consumer Code and the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities, that result from decisions you take on your own about your business, your work or your systems, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. You remain responsible for checking how the general principles in a course apply to your own situation and, where it matters, for asking a qualified professional.
13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as the failure of a hosting, payment or email provider. If such an event prevents delivery for more than 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
14. Personal data
We handle your personal data as described in the privacy policy.
15. Contact, complaints and disputes
We contact you at the email address you gave at checkout. You can reach us at support@skillfye.com or on +55 11 97150-5773. We reply within two working days and always within five days.
Consumers in Brazil. You can also file a complaint on consumidor.gov.br, the official federal platform for consumer complaints, or with the consumer protection agency (Procon) of your city or state, such as Procon-SP. We answer on those channels.
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. If a dispute cannot be solved with us, the European Consumer Centre of your country (ECC-Net) or, in the UK, Citizens Advice can give you free help with a cross-border purchase.
16. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future purchases. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you paid.
17. Transfer
You may not transfer this contract to anyone else. We may transfer it to a business that takes over Skillfye, provided your rights are not reduced, and we will tell you if that happens.
18. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where the law allows it. Consumers in Brazil may bring proceedings in the courts of their own domicile, as article 101 of the Consumer Code provides. Otherwise, the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, have jurisdiction.
19. Language and entire agreement
These terms are written in English, with a summary in Portuguese on the seller information page. If the versions differ, the reading more favourable to the consumer applies. These terms, together with the refund policy, the delivery policy, the privacy policy, the cookie policy, the copyright and licence notice and the educational disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about your purchase. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
